How about another Baby Shower cake for this soon to be Mother.
Celebrating with pale pastels, tutu and the cute details a little baby girl will soon have.
As a mother of two boys, I know how hard it is to find great colors combo for boys.
Thanks Rachel for the cake order. Hope “Kat” had a great time celebrating her baby shower.
Mai called me and wanted to do Pink Birthday Celebration for her daughter this year.
Originally, she wanted to have some edible decorations but with a limited budget, we changed to no decorations. They turned out just as beautiful. I added some edible silver candy imported from France, and some sparkles, and the rest is just pink all the way around.
Thanks Mai for the order. It was a pleasure working with you. Hope you had a great birthday celebration with your family and friends.
So many pink birthdays these past few weeks. Natalie here is turning ONE and her mom is doing a Minnie Mouse theme birthday celebration.
Cupcakes toppers were designed to match the birthday invite.
As always, a little girl has to have at least one princess birthday celebration during her childhood.
Here are a few pictures of some princess cupcakes I did a few weeks ago!
Na contacted me and it took a few phone tags but we managed to finalize with the details of her daughter Liana First Birthday celebration. This was a very last minute planning for sure
Her daughter was born in the Year of the Snake, so Na wanted to incorporate a snake in the cake. Na wanted the snake to look as cute and girly as possible. I told her I would try my best to make it cartoony and cute. Na told me the cake in the Chinese tradition for the First Birthday is very important so she wanted to make sure it was taken care beforehand. I told her there isn’t lots of time and we needed to come up with a designs with a limited time. Simple, yet cute to reflect her ideas.
Also, the cupcakes decorations were chosen with pacifiers, Liana’s name, and baby toes. I texted Na a glimpse of the decorations the night before, and she was very excited to see them in person along with the cupcakes.
Thanks Na for the order. Hope Liana had a great birthday celebration.

Landon’s Birthday was a celebration at Pump It Up!
Anita is another loyal customer of mine and has been ordering regularly.
Originally, Anita ordered all 4 dozen cupcakes to be decorated. Somehow, I only made 24 edible toppers! Beats me, not sure what I was thinking! I made a quick phone call to Anita, and told her I was sorry about the mishap. With the limited time available left, there was definitely no more time for me to make any additional intricate toppers for the other 24 cupcakes. I offered her I can do some simple stars with the age of Landon. Anita was so understanding. I also offered at no charge for those stars with the number on top.
Thanks Anita for the order! Hope Landon had a blast at his birthday party this afternoon.
February and March will definitely be busy for baby shower orders. First time designing these pretty darn realistic pacifiers! They were so cute to make.
This order was from my boys previous Assistant Principal at their Middle School. She is beautiful, genuine, and intelligent.
She has been a loyal client of Kupcakespot. Lots of baby shower orders from Mrs. Angela the last 2 years.
Thanks Mrs. Angela for all your loyalty with me. You are a great Assistant Principal and we all miss you dearly at school.
See you soon
Chocolate poker chips
I had this casino cake request from a client. So excited to make it. Added some edible images cards, dice, poker chips.
There was a small disappointment from the client for the dice not being as red as she would like them to be. I was definitely taken by surprise with her disappointment for sure.
I always thrive with the best final satisfaction products when I deliver the final goods to my clients. Nevertheless, I refunded part of the money. This is to show that your eyes may be different from other people eyes. It is part of the business, you cannot satisfy all clients. Clients will have different perception of the colors, designs, and taste.
I will not go into details about my conversation with the client as this blog is only for most part to show pictures of my latest work. I appreciate all the support from the last 3 years.
Thank you Grace for the orders of both cakes. I apologize Kupcakespot did not fit in your expectations.
Catching up slowly on my post from December. Even though you have probably already seen some of these pictures on my Facebook page, I like to re-post these on my blog as well.
Charla, Manager of Donor Relations for #Workingwardrobes, also a previous bride of mine from last year, has been loyal to #kupcakespot, and has been ordering cupcakes. This event took place in the beautiful art gallery of http://www.chuckjones.com/ in Costa Mesa.

Check out the few pictures I snapped that day!
